At CA-SILKSILKY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury silk garments. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold your silk items and place them back in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
